 Main uses and scope of application
LJZ-2000 aluminum door and window hinge drilling machine is a new model developed to adapt to the development of my country's aluminum door and window processing industry. The machine is simple to operate, safe and reliable, technologically advanced, and easy to maintain. It is mainly used for drilling hinge holes for aluminum doors and windows. It can drill four or five holes on both sides at the same time, with high production efficiency, and the two heads can work separately or simultaneously.

The drill bit is pushed forward and backward on the linear guide rail by the cylinder. A buffer is installed at the front end of the drill bit to make the drill bit move smoothly and limit the position.

Each machine head can be equipped with 4 or 5 drill bits at the same time, and an adjustable center distance device is set between each drill bit

The feed of the drill bit is completed by a double-acting cylinder. Its pneumatic control system has the function of stepless speed regulation. According to the processing needs, the feed and return speed can be adjusted to make it have the function of slow feed and fast return.
